Tenhults Recruiting Canadian

Andreas Hermansson, Waggeryd IK , and Canadian Nima Beik have signed for the division 2 club Tenhult. Beik arrived in the autumn and has high hopes of making himself a name in Swedish football.

When Thomas EK coached jonkoping south years ago, Adam Hermansson was on his way into super league team. However he would not play more then only a handful of games for the green and white, before injury problems and motivational problems forced Adam down the divisions to Waggeryd in division 4. “it was probably a good decision, I was tired with football and needed a break” But now I feel like playing division 2 football again, and I think it is an ok level".

Adam, who has also played for local club Tord FF, was a hunted man, during last and the most recent season. “There were a couple of clubs, interested but I trained with Tenhult already in the summer, and I have a lot of old friends in the team, and I know Coach Thomas Ek from before. Thomas Ek who faced Adam and Waggeryd last year, stated “it was painful watching him play, he completely dominated. He has great character and has remarkable anaerobic capacity.

Someone perhaps less known to the local football public is Canadian born Nima Beik, who came to jönköping in the autum of 2009, to study and pursue a potential career in football. “All I want to do is to play football and be given the chance to play in Europe, to study at jönköping enables me to be that one step closer”. Expresses the young forward Beik.

Nima Beik called the previous Tenhult footballing director, Johan Gunterberg , and was then given the opportunity to trial for the club. “he showed such promise, that we wanted to sign him as fast as possible” he is a typical transatlantic player an aggressive player who works extremely hard.” Says coach Thomas EK. Beik´s talent had also previously been noticed by European heavy weight Sporting Lissabon “a Portuguese scout approached me and invited me to train for a month. I did not receive a contract; I think I was probably too young”. Both Adam Hermansson and Nima Beik have high hopes for the season. “Hopefully it can be a very enjoyable year, the goal is of course to advance straight up to division one. Expressed Hermansson. Beik added: “I know we are going to go up, I think our squad is really strong”.

Nima Signs with Tenhults IF

Nima's signing is finalized with Tenhults. His new contract with Tenhults IF is for two years.
